Spent over £500 with this company for UPVC panels, the panels are OK but the communications from this company are very poor. Constantly having to chase up if the panels had actually been dispatched and then they mark one of the panels as delivered when they had not been. They cant answer simple messages, its a pity they don't understand how frustrating this lack of communications is especially while I'm arranging to complete the job.

Once I mark my desired day online eventually it got delivered - happy days. But delivery time window 'all day' is poor. I can't wait all day and not go to work to pick up any parcel, they should be more precise so pick up can be planned by the reciever.
