      Very small for a medium - sizes list in review

      Decent, cheap pill organizer. It is listed on the package as Medium, but is very small. As long as you only use small pills, or have no more than 2 large ones, it should work. Anything more than that, they won't fit. The container measures 5"x1"x3/4". If you're not good with numbers, each compartment is approximately the height of a quarter, width of a dime and the depth of a penny. Hopefully this info helps.

      This is more like a small not medium

      Too small, fit only 1 pill a day, I have to take 3 a day so this is trash for me. Will have to buy new one now. This is definitely not a medium..
