Very amazing customer service. All the questions and grievances I had were responded to. I was kept updated throughout the process (I was even called). The couch itself was delivered when it said it would be and in very good condition. Easy enough to assemble. A little hard, but I’m yet to sleep on it, but hoping it’s comfortable.
4/5 stars from me and that’s because the delivery drivers would not bring the couch up the stairs and I had to do it myself. Other than that, all good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MATTRESS WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED AND LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. YOU GET A ROLLED UP DAMAGED CAMPING MATTRESS. SELLER LIED TO EBAY SAYING I SENT BACK A DIFFERENT ITEM. WOULDN'T REFUND AND REFUSED TO PAY POSTAGE RETURNS. POSTAGE RETURNS WAS £38. IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THIS SELLER. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!!!!
