Explained there was a drop in quality due to them being away for personal matters and another person fulfilling orders on their behalf.

DO NOT buy anything from this seller/scammer and DO NOT buy the Shinra hat! The hat is tacky and has an ugly green visor that seller does not show in the pictures. The seller scammed me! I immediately wanted to cancel the order after I made the purchase but the seller didn’t respond to any of my messages. They gave me a poor excuse that their friend shipped the item without reading any of my messages. Seller gave me a PARTIAL REFUND through PayPal. Thanks for taking my money and wasting my time.

I've been on here for 18 years and had thousands of transactions, I take huge offence to be labeled a scammer. The hat has received lots of positive feedback. I was on holiday and a friend was fulfilling my orders to prevent delays. You received a full refund for the item but not the shipping fee, as it was you ordering it by mistake that caused the error.
