I would deffo recommend. I have been drinking every night for a while now and it was creeping up more and more each time. Since taking these aprox 1 week. I have more energy and have stopped after one glass od wine, i just dont fancy it anymore. AMAZING! Whether its a placebo or not it works for me!

After deciding I drink way too much ( I start on a Thursday eve as I don’t work Fridays then seem to justify drinking Friday Saturday and Sunday!!! And quite a lot!!!) Was just thinking of a visit to the docs when I did a bit of research and thought I’d try these first. Now it may be all in my mind but I started taking 2 of these a day on Monday. It’s now Thursday having a glass of wine. Why?? I don’t know as I genuinely didn’t feel like one. I have been nursing it for half an hour. Not only am I not enjoying it but I feel a bit yuk!!! I know it’s early days but I’d have finished a bottle by now and I’m struggling with a glass!!! I don’t want to give up drinking altogether I would just like to be sensible and go back to enjoying a drink instead of having one for the sake of it. So glad I ... I've been a 4 cans a night drinker for 10-15 years drinking even more on the weekend. I would always start about 6ish just to destress after work and this became a terrible habit. I would be grouchy in the morning with no energy and I really couldn't see a way out. I started these about 3 months ago by having 2 at midday and then 2 at 5pm. It might be a placebo but it really works for me. I still have a drink on the weekend but now I don't at all in the week which for me is amazing. I have loads of energy in work and feel so much better for it and am saving plenty of money. I'd really recommend this for anyone who was in the same boat as me.
