Solgar is our go-to supplements, esp. Vit C with Ester-C. They are a reputable company since 1947. Since we are vegans, we always search out products that are particularly gluten, wheat and dairy free w/o fillers. Whenever we have felt the onset of a cold we increase our intake of Solgar Vit C immediately and most often it helps to keep us free from colds. We HIGHLY recommend Solgar Ester-C Plus 1000 mg Vit C.
