My remote arrived I followed the instructions and it wouldn't connect. I was initially disappointed as my model number was on the list provided. Contacted seller and they responded very quickly with a fix. Apparently the remote has option of 2 frequencies and if you hold down button 1 and 2 for a few seconds it changes frequency and then you are able to go through the steps and it will connect. Customer service was excellent in their response time and also information provided. Exc service
