I feel that this item is or maybe a returns, I have seen these brand new in the box, and mine came with none of the protective film that should be on the draws or the touch screen display. The fryer trays that go in the drawers have paint chips, which obviously reduces the life span of the grease proof. If this was a return from a previous buyer, it should be displayed on the advertisment other than that the product is what I thought it was and was upto my expectations. New trays would be good.

    Okay so far!

    Too early to comment on how well it works as I have only used it twice. First time was a disaster, second time a big improvement. Vegetable cooking not good. Still need more experience with it.

    looks good, easy to use, but am suspicious of quality!

    when unpacking i noticed a v shaped crack in plastic facia below control panel and above draws, it only looks superficial so i continued to use device. everything worked fine for a couple of weeks but today it switched off half way through cooking! it read E3 on display panel. i restarted the cooker with what i guessed was about the remaining time and it seemed to be ok but i am very wary.
