Item was not as described. It arrived with the wrong details and you couldnt even read the name on the tag as they had also printed underneath the name despite giving a blow by blow account of what I wanted, they still managed to mess it up!! Couldnt even use the tag at all it went in the bin as it was not fit for purpose!! Shame really as the tag was nice. The seller didnt even offer to send me another one with the correct information on it. Just spat about a refund! But I'd of rather the tag!
