Great product, everything worked out of the box with no issues. The laptop is in great condition, barely any wear on the outer casing and a few marks which are easy to clean and don't bother me. The screen was in excellent condition too, no white "blemishes" - unlike what the description led me to believe. Maybe I was just lucky? Dispatch and delivery 2 days prior to expected date, which was very nice. Overall, great experience!

WARNING !!!, upon arrival the laptop was dirty and had not been cleaned, the installed software was win 11 but had been crowbarred on there as the CPU was not supported by windows 11 😒 after I added my MS account to it I started to get log in attempts on my MS account so had to wipe it😒.. then I upgraded the HD and found the fan inside clogged with dust and the heatsink compound had gone on vacation.. Warning this is a windows 10 laptop not 11.. Proceed with caution..!!!

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
