More functionality than the original Slendertone
Purchased this to replace the original Slendertone. I am pleased that this version has 10 different programs to select from and a intensity limit. I also feel the belt itself fits my XS frame better than the original did. It comes with an extension piece for those on the other side of the size spectrum. I don't view this as a replacement for exercise but rather a supplement to a fitness routine. I'm looking forward to experimenting with the various programs.Purchased this to replace the original Slendertone. Not much different!!!
I don’t feel as though this new model is much more effective than the old model!! In fact the older model has a more comfortable fit!! This new model has a stiff cardboard like material that cuts into my skin when I sit down! There is not much more muscle simulation as the older model either! The only real difference is this new model holds a charge longer it doesn’t have a cord that gets in the way and some models don’t need those annoying pads!! I would advise getting a discount or used model as these new belts are a bit EXPEN$IVE!!I don’t feel as though this new model is much more effective than the old model!! Works as advertised. I ended up starting off with an intermediate level and 30 min duration right away. It contracts a large ab area of muscles as advertised. At level 50/100 it's a bit distracting trying to concentrate on work but not really what I could call "pain" when it's engaging. It feels like to mild current shock with dull tingling. This is definitely a product worth buying. As analysts older man I have been experiencing lower back pain for some years. I work out two times a week including doing many sit-ups but it’s not enough. Dan my brother told me about the Slendertone belt and I simply love it. My wife also uses it and highly recommends it. There are 10 different program so you can work your way up. The key is to keep the little controller fully charge which I do after each use.This is definitely a product worth buying. Good for increasing Ab strength for low back support
