Seller sent me an used product when I purchased new. The shipping took over a few weeks and I was excited for this product, but I found hair and flakes from previous user’s scalp all over the product. It’s very disgusting to even use or keep.

I'm sorry to hear your dissatisfaction. But we never deal with used goods. We bought new product from manufacturer and shipped the box unopened, but I don't know what happened during delivery.
Delivery took just 10 days.(May.6~May.16). It's not late delivery at standard shipping. I gave you full refund because you never tell me about re-sending or returning but only about only full refund.
We will use recording system about the inspection and packaging of product.
