Balls arrived and only a few could be classed as grade A/B
Most balls were scuffed, dinted or damaged. I did message the seller and they agreed that the standard was not the correct grade so offered me a £10 refund or alternatively send the balls back at my cost.
I didn’t see the value in loosing out on the postage cost so agreed.
I wouldn’t order from this seller again and I don’t need practice balls.

6 of 24 balls has chips in, not AAA/AA as described. Seller offered £4 refund rather than the amount for balls damaged (25%), or have to go through hassle of sending them back. Quick responses but my advice would be 1) make sure the balls are as described, 2) listen to customer as the first response was to say they were the correct condition, even though they had chips in them and 3) offer an accurate amount for refund. Rest of the balls were good and delivery was speedy. Would not buy again.

You reported 20% of the balls were not A Grade and sent photos of two balls. We confirmed our AAA/AA grade desription are not balls that are clean and bright, with small signs of previous play, i.e. play/pen marks and offered a £4 refund. You then responded now stating 25% (6 balls) were not as described and that you "Would accept £7.50 or will go via returns route for full amount.Let me know. No drama either way". We suggested you return your order for a full refund. Nothing was returned.
