* Machine arrived as shown.
* Shipping was $75. Ad stated excess S&H would be refunded. No refund has been issued thus far.
* I requested careful packing of the wood box. He assured me it would be good. It came with tape wrapped around it in 4 different places - all in direct contact with the wood. All 4 pulled finish off the wood when removed, & some veneer, too.
* I didn't even ask for money off, He just blamed his son, & didn't even say sorry. Not the best response.
