Seller initially had great communication but once the sale was finalized (4/9) the seller went dark and ghosted me. I opened a claim on 4/18 and the item was finally shipped on 4/19. Packaging left something to be desired. Box arrived with a large hole (probably UPS fault). Club was as described but my customer experience was not positive
