Arrived a day early so very pleased. Already set up and sounds great. Only issue is, the radio was sent in it's original packaging and not even wrapped into a different packaging meaning anyone could see what the item was. Also the box was not tapped down meaning it could have been opened or opened easily. Might need to rethink how items are posted.

Seller had excellent communication and sooner than expected posting and delivery. The machine itself is brand new and as described. The buyer kindly included a bag of coffee beans too. When the box arrived it was very battered and torn (original packaging from Jura) so I questioned how new the item was but it turns out this was just a packaging sleeve. The original box could have been in better condition but otherwise very pleased thank you.
