I ordered a book bag for my daughter from this provider, the book bag arrived with the name spelled incorrectly. When I contacted the seller to request another one with the right name on I was ignored. I provided proof that I had sent the correct information to them when I ordered it but they did not respond to any of my messages. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
