Item was unfortunately damaged (the box was really battered) so I made contact about how to resolve. Absolutely no issues - was offered discount, free replacement etc. The damage was to the stand so I stated would be happy with replacement stand - lo and behold complete replacement received today . Excellent customer service and the item itself (damaged or not) looks great exactly as described

So absolutely no fault of the seller as it was packed really well. So, as I wanted to keep the statue, the seller gave me a 50% refund and I got to keep both damaged statues, which I was very happy with. The statues are beautiful and I would happily recommend this seller and buy from them again.
