Royal mail wouldnt initially deliver the item as full postage wasnt paid. I paid a £5 fee to then receive an item that wasnt as described(item was open and original packaging had been removed, item was also used. Returned the item with no issue but the whole experience cost me £5.

The item initially wasn't open for return, the item condition are fine, it just does not have the outer pacakaging due to envelope size, I have explained you this over the messages, I have offered you either you can keep the item and I offer partial refund for the service or you can return the item back and offer you a full refund, but the delivery charges were on royal mail side, I cannot initial a refund for that service and I have proven to you that I have sent out your item with reciept.
