A surprisingly fast laptop. Although some discrepancies with config, the receipt says 120GB, the sticker on the laptop says 250GB but it actually has a 500GB HDD. Otherwise clean, looks not worn.

This was a cheap laptop for only £60 so I was pleasantly surprised to receive an HP model with little visible use. There was an issue with the initial boot-up of the laptop so I got in contact with the Seller and they passed me through to their Customer Services Team, who helped me to resolve the issue by providing guidance over the phone. There was no waiting time to speak to a Technician either. Overall, a good service considering the price paid.

First unit supplied was heavily marked, but was collected and exchanged without issue, or cost. Happily, the replacement was in very good condition. The T495s is a powerful and really well made laptop. Excellent dealer - Accurate product description, good value, and efficient customer service. No hesitation buying from them again in the future.

The laptop seems in very good condition and so far I'm very happy with it. The packaging it came in was perfect and using Parcelforce meant that it was undamaged rather than some parcels that have arrived by courier companies which have been very beaten up. Seems great value for what I paid and I'm looking forward to using it more. I've just had to contact the supplier to as a question, got through straight away and the question was answered quickly, so good customer service.
