Black cloth with blindruled lozenge with, gilt text to front cover, dull gilt to spine. Spine is very, lightly sunned with a hint of rubbing at the top, small shelf, wear at the corners. Interior has an owner name, paper is, creamy, the preface page has a finger mark in the margin, table, of contents page has a very small bump at top edge, otherwise, clean and unmarked, a very nice copy. A foundational classic of, American corporation governance and law. A seminal work that is, still relevant.
