The steelbook for the 2nd movie was broken when it came, it is bent on the top of the front cover, but the discs and digital code insert was intact. I

If you possibly have a replacement steelbook for this, could you let me know so we could remedy this issue? However the 1st movie's steelbook arrived in really good shape.
