been waiting for one of these for over 3 months from the local housing association. I got fed up with not being able to open or lock the window of our ground floor flat and purchased direct from Nigel waters hardware, the item arrived in two days and I fitted it myself. Well done Nigel waters! and stuff Carion the housing association that probably wasted £600 in wages over 3 months to purchase and fit a part that cost less than £10! (and still have not succeed in sourcing or fitting the part)

This must be one of the most helpful sellers on Ebay, I sent a picture of my broken lock and asked if the one I had chosen would be suitable. Within the hour an email (thank you Hazel) confirmed it was. I had trouble getting the mechanism to operate my door lock. A 5minute phone call sorted out my difficulties, which were nothing to do with the product just my ignorance.
