All resolved now in a respectful manor between seller and customer. To give the seller credit, the Buxton Sofa is beautiful so well done for that. The award given is 4 stars solely because of the stress it caused the customers. The delivery Driver was top notch and deserves credit too. Thankyou All.
- d***d (146)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseSofabed was a bit confusing as to where the legs holes were ended up having to tear some material away, it's wobbly not sturdy and no support at the side of the bed, after sleeping on it for couple of nights the sofabed has dipped on one cushion and the ratchet have completely gone it can no longer be a settee, and on anycase the attached cushions which are not detachable it's very hard, we are dumping this sofabed in a few weeks because that's all we needed it for, but overall it's poor
