The images are misleading making it look like the sleeping area is 192 when in fact is it 176cm. The bed is of low quality and uncomfortable. I asked the seller to return the item or to upgrade it to a different bed. They did not want the latter and only accepted the return. I was dumbfounded to learn that returns are in fact impossible as the size of the box is larger than what any regular shipping company takes. They didn't care and offered no solution. Best to stay away.

Very amazing customer service. All the questions and grievances I had were responded to. I was kept updated throughout the process (I was even called). The couch itself was delivered when it said it would be and in very good condition. Easy enough to assemble. A little hard, but I’m yet to sleep on it, but hoping it’s comfortable.
4/5 stars from me and that’s because the delivery drivers would not bring the couch up the stairs and I had to do it myself. Other than that, all good.
