    Overall I've had a positive experience buying from this seller. I had to return the item as the lens had a residue on it. In all fairness to the seller, they could not have known about this, as the box was sealed on arrival. I gave the product 3 stars because of the lens. But for this issue this would have been a great purchase. For the reasons outlined, I'm leaving a positive feedback for this seller and because I received a very fast refund. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

    Postage was incorrect but refunded the actual surcharge promptly , however the picture of the toilet seat and instructions were for a different model than one shown in the auction so this caused compatibility issues. Overall not the easiest transaction but credit needs given at speed of refund and as a seller myself its easy to make a mistake, if it were me I'd of refunded more for the hassle of having to go to the sorting office and for the auction pictures being wrong so neutral IMO.

    Seller assured me the Birkenstocks were leather and I asked before buying. When I received them they weren’t leather at all but synthetic rubbish. Seller basically lied just to gain a sale which is very poor. So I’ve had my money and time wasted and they were for a birthday gift for my daughter. Had to open a request through eBay to return as goods not as sold. Just be wary the seller isn’t honest with her description
