Item arrived a week late due to sellers chosen shipping method and after reaching out to him to request a partial refund of the shipping charges I paid, he refused and said "YLS doesn't control how shipping arrives to the customer". Item was correct and as described, but will not buy from them again since they don't value customer service as they claim.

casperb32433: I finally received my order yesterday and the shoes look great exactly as you described. Unfortunately USPS let us down in delivery as they arrived a week late. I wanted to reach out to you since I paid a good amount for shipping I think it's only fair I receive a partial refund for the shipping charges. I was thinking $5 is fair.
