AVOID! - The "seller" switches the item before sending. After more than 2 days accepts return. Upon receipt of the item chooses not to return the money as reqired by her. After waiting more than 2 days for this, I had to bring Ebay in to deal with this problem: which they promptly did. No excuse or apology was offerred by the seller at any point along the line. Sellers like this cost time, money and aggravation, which more than outwiegh a mere refund. It would be nice if Ebay were rid of them.

Hi - As you are well aware Ebay found in my favour in this matter. The item was correctly listed as Grey, you received the grey pair I'd listed and then sent me a picture of them next to your own black trousers and complained that I had listed them incorrectly and in your comment that I had switched them - not true. You received the item as listed. Ebay issued you a refund and found me not at fault.
