When I first opened the can, I though I had mistakenly bought a can of butter/margarine rather than foie-gras: the whole top was completely covered with some sort of solidified fat (expected from foie-gras in general), but once the spoon digged deep into it & pried our a big chunk...I knew I've ran into a really bad deal! In dact more than 3/4 of the content (no exaggeration here) was all fat, I was able to spot a tiny portion of dark color at the bottom: it tasted so-so ("ducky" flavor), not too salty like some others...In all it's DEFINITELY far from a standard product as expected, but of the worst quality I've ever met! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Don't waste your money It is 3/4 of grease and on the bottom some chunks of goose liver ? nor the small volume of liver nor the taste worth the price
