    The seller had not shipped the bicycle so I messaged to say I wanted to cancel the sale as it hadn't arrived when it should have. The next day they sent a message saying they had a family emergency that's why it hadn't been dispatched but if they had messaged and explained this before I maybe would not have cancelled the sale. Not very good customer service unfortunately. Refund was issued.

    Order wasn't delivered after a week, I messaged the seller 3 times with no response. Tracking number was provided but never changed from "advised" so clearly never sent the item. I asked ebay to step in and they refunded me within an hour, clearly a scam. Stay well away.
