Due to only pictures (four or five) of only Genesis NP7-12FR (as originally fitted in my stairlift) in the listing, I believed I was purchasing one pair of those. Instead, this seller 'premierbattery' sent one pair of cheaper(?) Powerfit S112/7LSR which I could have purchased elsewhere for less than I paid 'premierbattery. I feel cheated, hence this -ve feedback.

THE BRAND SUPPLIED IS THE SAME PREMIUM BRAND AT HE SAME PRICE . YOU COUDL HAVE RETURNE THE BATTERIES BUT OBVIOUSLY KEPT THEM AS NO PROBLEM WITH THEM .
