The 5000 IU Vitamin E gelcaps are too big.
The 5000 IU caps I used to take--from another supplier--were tiny, no larger than 1000 IU capsules. These from this supplier are about 10 times that volume, and hard or impossible for me to swallow. I have to bite them before taking them. Fortunately the oil inside is tasteless, but I worry of they will be properly absorbed. Why so big? Is it so consumers will feel like they are getting more for their money because the capsules look bigger?
