Ordered this item on 11th December, as of 20th December the tracking info states it had not yet been dispatched so I sent a message to the seller asking where my item was, and as of the 22nd December I still have had no reply. This item was a Christmas present . Very poor when you take a customers money then don't dispatch the item and fail to respond to a message. Attached photo was taken on 22nd December, 11 days after ordering. Will never use this seller again.
