Item arrived broken and shattered. Seller is not willing to make things right if item an arrives damaged. Seller stated that I needed to file the claim with UPS when eBay clearly stated that the SELLER needed to make the claim and send me a shipping label to return. I paid over $120 for this and even though it was broken I just asked for a replacement orpartial refund due to it being broken, instead I get sent what looks to be copy and pasted “how to claim instructions.” Buyers please be warned!

One of 3 items arrived damaged. Pictures were requested from buyer (delayed in receiving) to file claim. The claim was immediately submitted and I continuously updated buyer of claim status. A FULL refund was issued and buyer kept undamaged pieces. Buyer prematurely left negative feedback on the day the package arrived and did not allow the claim process to unfold. Negative feedback and "warning" from buyer is unwarranted. We followed procedure and always strive for customer satisfaction.
