    i bought my first hat in this style from the same company in December 2023. It was delivered in a box, which had kept it in perfect condition during transit. These two hats, however, were sent together; one stuffed inside the other; in a plastic postage bag, which offered no protection from rough handling during transit. Needless to say they arrived squashed and crumpled. Very disappointing. I have had to steam and iron them to get them into shape. Now they look great and are very smart.
