I was very pleased with the watch when it arrived and it is very lovely. The box and papers were present as advertised They offered to lengthen the watch strap for no charge and sent the item promptly for no charge. Also they sent an insurance valuation which was useful. The watch is also guaranteed by them for any mechanical failure for 12 months. I am impressed with the customer service , many thanks Trilogy
