Arrived on time , but they were not the same as the picture, which is disappointing, I would like my item to be what I ordered. They were good in there response, they said they were out of stock , it would have been nice to have been given an option, to have had these or the ones I ordered. They did however give me a partial refund.

This is such a little useful thing. Just add to your tap easily and you can swill or clean anything…fab!!!!

Poor quality
Whole thing is made of cheap plastic. The washer on the tap connection is also poor quality, I had to use a proper rubber washer rather than the plasic washer provided. I also had to use ptfe plumbing tape to ensure a watertight fit. The instructions on the pack are a poor translation into English and instructions for use tell you to "pull the cock at the end" to make it spray wtaf! A VERY poor quality item made of poor quality cheap Chinese plastic. Shoddy would be an understatement.Whole thing is made of cheap plastic. Such a waste of money
Because it doesn’t tell you what connection you need to attach to the tap. Have been to 3 plumbers merchants who confirm they don’t have the part and haven’t heard of a part like this it’s only fit for the bin
