Print arrived wrapped in a cardboard like envelope with one sheet of paper behind print. Upon opening I found the print damaged with creasing. For cost of item and shipping I expected more protective packaging. A thin box could have been used with print sandwiched between cardboard and paper filler surrounding for example. Seller was prompt to respond to my comments and offered return with full refund. Lessons learned. I’ll verify packing method before a next purchase. And I’ll keep the print.
