    Dont have a huge budget then buy Nissin

    Great buy for the price. I use this flash as a walk about unit (not to heavy) to give fill light and as a slave unit to my Nissin DI866 when i need a two flash setup. The flash does not have all the bells and whistles that the Cannon flash units might have but at half the price it gets very close. Build quality is good 4/5 The flash give consistant light for accurate exposures upto about 2/3 battery life then you notice power drop off a bit but keep spare batteries with you and its fine.

    I find it a bit on the big side but havent used one before

    A new user, but getting the hang of it already. Simple instructions to follow. Found I had to put the flash setting on my SX60 up 2 to 3 stops to get a tidy outcome

    Great flash. Very consistent and resilient.

    The Nissin 622 II is a great alternative flash. Its use is very simple and instinctive. TTL is very acurate. On the down side the AF assist light is somewhat dim and last a short time on.

    Great Flashgun

    This is a great flashgun, plenty of power decent recycle time. It is a bit hard removing it as it fits very tightly but there is probably a nack to it and I haven't quiet got it yet. Performance wise it is hard to beat.
