I bought the Ravenclaw Hogwarts mug, I had an issue with the first one I received where it was already broken and the seller sent out another one then the second one came I went to use it and it cracked when I put hot water in.
I asked for a refund, I had to wait a day for the seller to get back to me and say they would send a refund soon.
They never sent it.
When I messaged again they just completely ignored it.
Probably a bad product but customer service was very poor.

I’m really pleased with my purchase. It doesn’t say it in the listing, but the brand of this backpack is “Urban Turtle” which is a great brand which I’ve purchased in the past as their backpacks are high quality. The listing also doesn’t show the front pocket which was something I wanted, but I compromised as it’s a good brand. However to my surprise the backpack does have a front pocket that wasn’t clear from the pictures. This along with the other features is a great product at a great price!
