i have refunded your product due to negative feedback given without a chance of resoulution or any forms of discussion i did advise i was dealing with a serious family issue and i understand the item has been slighly delayed. out of good faith I was going to post it for you next day delivery and refund your postage too forto the inconvininece i caused.
