    Communication was already poor to start with. Against my better judgement I order a Sony PAL handycam as described in the offer. Great was my surprise, when I received a completely different Sony NTSC handycam and that one even without the charger and power cord. After questioning he admitted that 1) he never checked the working condition and 2) he never had this model. When I asked for a refund he offered only 75% of the cost. I had to ask Ebay to intervene, who then credited the balance.
