Ordered a 1963 $2 bill and received a 1953 $2. Was to be uncirculated which it was not, It was wrinkled and not in plastic as other bills I have received. Packaged very poorly as much tape and no room in packaging to cut open and I cut the bill so cannot return it. Seller informed and wanted me to send it back for a replacement, but as I cut the bill it was not returnable. Would not order from this person again.
