Notified vendor that my order was not delivered as was initially indicated. The vendor checked with the post office, they were not helpful. The vendor checked with eBay and they said I had to file a claim. Takes too much time and is a hassle to do that. I guess nothing can be done. So I have no batteries and I can’t get a refund. That’s disappointing.
