I ordered this hair dryer for my wife's birthday which was on 15th of January anyway I purchased it on the 11th and it was due to arrive on 13th or 14th but guaranteed by the 15th its now the 19th of January and it arrived the item was only scanned into post office system on the 18th of January so wife had to wait for her birthday present the company only contacted me once after I raised a complaint with eBay they just tried to flannel me off with excuses anyone can apologise no compensation.

Total waste of time. Seller sent damaged item with a broken lid but the pieces weren’t even in the sealed packaging! Told me to send it back and didn’t offer to replace it. Refunded me and then promptly put the listing price up by £2.00. had a trip to the post office while they held on to my money. Now purchasing elsewhere.
