Package arrived on time but Once you opened the you could clearly see it had been used as the packaging inside had been already opened and had oil over it

It appears from the images that the item has been opened, but is unused, although it is difficult to be sure without actually seeing it. The box should have been opened & checked prior to listing and therefore listed as 'new other' rather than 'new', sincere apologies. Please return the item to us at your earliest convenience and we will provide a full refund.
