    Fantastic Story! one of the best of the old series and brilliant writing!

    The Caves of Androzani was Peter Davidson's (the 5th incarnation of the Doctor) last story in the role and it was a great story to end his reign as the Doctor with. Unlike most Doctor Who stories (especially the old series) this story did not have a "Traditional" villain Sharaz Jek (The masked man on the cover) could be characterized as the villain but it seems that everyone in the story besides the Doctor himself and his companion Peri have at least a little bit of a villainous side to them. Probably my favorite story arc of the story *Spoiler Alert* is the Doctor and Peri's illness they have inflicted on them that will kill them without a known cure, this leads up to the end of the story with the Doctor going through a very painful regeneration (and even hallucinating many of his friends ...

    Doctor Who, Part of the Peter Davison Collection.

    I am personally a Whovian. sure there are Star Wars fans, and Star Trek fans, but I have always found Doctor Who to be the greatest of them all, especially with over 15 years of episodes to watch. here is a time Lord with the power to do anything he wants, and he goes around the galaxy saving the universe, and his pet people us earthlings as well. of course the quality of action is not what you expect in today's movies, but overall these are some great classics and I suggest you add them to your archive today, and help the tradition continue.

    Doctor Who Caves of Androzani

    LOVE, love, LOVE it! Complete episode. Optional additional commentary with Peter Davison, Nicola Bryant and the director Robert Holmes. GREAT on a bid HD TV. All kinds of additional footage too! All the feelings come back(20 years ago)since this episode was first broadcast. LOVE IT!!! Can't find is here in the US. This is the reason Britan is great.

    Final Peter Davison ep. of Dr. Who was a treat.

    I enjoyed the DVD of Doctor Who's "The Caves of Androzani" a lot. I enjoyed the villain's in the story and Peter Davison's final appearance in the series as the Doctor. The behind the scenes info. was very interesting.
