Sow Autumn, Winter or Spring (germination can be slow).The arrow shaped leaves can be used in stir-fries, Thai wraps, curries, rice dishes and Asian recipes. Young shoots can be used like asparagus! This is a cut and come again vegetable. Comes back each Spring! Germination can be slow, just be patient! Our seeds are sent by 1st Class Post in a protective padded envelope, with growing instructions and advice.”
