Item arrived in good time. Only complaint about petticoat is that the gathers start from the waistband, there is not a fitted area over the hips as is shown in the picture. Consequently the dress it is worn with sticks out from the waist - not the look I was looking for.
That said the petticoat was a reasonable price, arrived on time and was well packaged.
