I found duplicate pieces instead of the correct pieces this would of made it unbuildable for a normal person following the instructions luckily I have experience with metal so I had to drill holes to get it together The only reason I didn't send it back was due to time sensitive event requiring the pergola overall it a nice product just a shame about the wrong parts delivered
